BEI Documentation

As a Managed Service or Project client, you will receive network documentation (hardcopy and online) that tells you everything you need to know about your computer infrastructure. IP addresses, file structure, contact information, software versions and installation codes, passwords and a wealth of other information is summarized in one central location so that you can find it when you need it. And, as a Managed Service client, we update your documentation as your network changes.

Documentation starts with a network diagram that summarizes the components and their relationship to each other. Each network component (server, firewall, ISP, email filtering, etc.) is then summarized in an easily accessible format that is available online and in hard copy.
