BEI Service Programs
BEI offers a variety of service programs that can be combined and customized to meet the needs of our customers.
Managed Service Program
Using a secure connection and state of the art monitoring technology, we provide proactive maintenance, network monitoring of your server AND workstations, onsite and remote assistance for network and end user issues. This table summarizes BEI’s Managed Services offerings.
OnSite Service Program
With the OnSite Service Program a BEI Network Engineer is dedicated to your account on a pre-scheduled basis, which can range from several times a week to once a month, depending on your needs. This program focuses on preventative maintenance for workstations, servers, and network equipment, as well as end user issues. The OnSite Program is often used in combination with the Block Hour Program and the RemoteSite Program.
Retainer Service ProgramA specific number of hours are reserved per month with the Retainer Program. These hours can be scheduled at your discretion any time during the month. The Retainer Program is usually used for service calls and network support.
Block Hour Service ProgramWith the Block Hour Program a specific number of hours are reserved per year. The Block Program is usually used for service calls, network support and projects. This program is often used in combination with the OnSite Program or the Remote Site Program to provide flexible scheduling for service calls and small projects.
RemoteSite Service ProgramThe critical backbone of your network – your servers – is reviewed, monitored, and maintained, remotely with the RemoteSite Program. This program consists of RemoteSite-Sessions that focuses on monitoring your network, and a RemoteSite-Patch session that focuses on server maintenance that is best done off-hours and in a dedicated session, ensuring that your servers and critical server applications are updated with the latest software. This program is often used in combination with the OnSite Program.
