Windows 8 Update

March, 2012: Windows 8 is a radical redesign of the Windows Operating System – incorporating features for touch screens, mobile devices and social networking as well as the traditional desktops and laptops. Windows 8 should be available in late 2012 or early 2013.

We expect that Windows 8 will be adopted early by those who need/want it for a tablet computer. Several of us at BEI use Windows 7 phones, which are based on the same “Metro” user interface as Windows 8. We love it!
