Lynda.com: Online Training

We are often asked about options for training. One option that we love is Lynda.com. You can buy an annual subscription for $250/year ($375 with the exercise files) and have unlimited access to training for almost every software package you’ve ever heard of. Online learning is not for everyone, but this is an inexpensive option and we’ve been impressed with the quality of the material.

The courses are broken into modules so you can either take the entire course start to finish or you can search for and take just the piece you need. For example, there is a course on Word 2010, or you can take just the module on mail merge, if that is what you need to learn. There are many topics in addition to specific software packages, including LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Digital Photography, Search Engine Optimization, Ebay and much more.
