We want to do a great job for our customers, so we send out a survey as each service ticket is closed, asking for feedback. We don’t always get them back, and we understand – we’re all busy. But, because we really need this information (we use your feedback to improve our processes, give feedback to employees, and part of our staff’s compensation is based on it) we have a quarterly drawing. Every time you fill out a survey your name is entered in the drawing, so your odds improve as you give us more feedback.

We think this information is really critical to knowing whether or not we’re doing a good job for our clients, and we use it as part of our Engineers’ incentive compensation. To encourage clients to send back the surveys we have a quarterly drawing – this quarter’s prize is your choice of a $200 American Express Gift Card or an Amazon Kindle.
To focus the feedback we’re looking for to what is most important to us we’ve reduced the survey from six questions to just two:
- How would you rate the Network Engineer who assisted you on this issue?
- If you were asked by a friend or colleague to recommend an IT company, how likely is it that you would recommend BEI?
We want to hear from you – so please fill out the surveys and if you have ANY feedback – positive or negative – we would love to hear and learn from your input.

We’ve hired Guy Robinson to serve as Technical Services Manager. This will allow Kurt Duesterdick to focus on pro-active Technical Account Management of our customers. Guy has over 20 years of IT experience, most recently worked for Computer Sciences Corporation where he served as the Client Services Manager and directly supported CSC’s Senior Executives at Corporate Headquarters in Falls Church, Virginia. Guy was awarded CSC’s Presidents award for Client Satisfaction and Corporate Relocation Management and Support in two of the past three years.
